Refund Policy

At BazarSetu, we aim to ensure that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for orders placed on our platform.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Acceptance: You may cancel an order without penalty before it is accepted by the Vendor. A full refund will be processed immediately.

After Acceptance: Once a Vendor accepts an order or starts preparing it, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the order value.

2. Merchant Cancellations

If a Vendor cancels an order due to item unavailability or any operational issues, BazarSetu will process a 100% full refund to the original payment method without any deductions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or entirely incorrect, please report it via the "Help" section within 24 hours of delivery. We will initiate a partial or full refund after evaluating the evidence provided (e.g., photographs of the delivered package).

4. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates. We do not generally offer refunds for delayed deliveries caused by high traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges. However, extreme delays may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed instantly on our end but may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or digital wallet, depending on your financial institution.
