The Story Behind BazarSetu
BazarSetu started during a casual walk through a local market in Sector 14. We noticed that while quick-commerce apps were delivering products from centralized warehouses, the trusted shops we've known for years were struggling to keep up.
The "setu" (bridge) was missing. Customers wanted convenience, and shops wanted to sell. But there was no platform that understood the unique dynamics of an Indian neighborhood market.
We decided to build that bridge. By focusing on a strict 5KM zone system, we ensured that delivery partners are always nearby, shops are always familiar, and the products are always fresh.
